Seamoss is an algae found in the oceans of the world; it is a superfood that contains over 95% of the trace minerals found in the body. It is also known as Irish Moss

Seamoss has a multitude of benefits, including boosting the immune, libido, and respiratory systems, reducing inflammation and blood pressure. thyroid support, aids in digestive health, supports the nervous system, and so much more. It also is a natural source of collagen - which builds the hair, skin, and nails.

The recommended dosage is a minimum of 2 tablespoons per day; Seamoss can be eaten plain, blended with fruit, mixed in tea, smoothies, soups, sauces, jellies and creams. Seamoss can also be applied topically for skin health.

Seamoss grows in different colors; the purple and darker strains have higher beta-carotene and antioxidants than the gold Seamoss. The purple also has an additional mineral called Bromine, which aids brain function.

When you receive your seamoss, place into the container(s) into the refrigerator.

Seamoss gel can be refrigerated for up to 4 weeks.

Dried Seamoss can be stored for 6-8 months in a cool, dry space.
